Avaya, a global leader in enterprise communications solutions, in collaboration with its Taiwan master distributor TrueStatement Co., Ltd., grandly held the “Avaya Customer Seminar - Enterprise Communications and Customer Service Innovation Forum” at the Grand Hi-Lai Hotel in Kaohsiung on March 27, 2026. The event officially brought its latest technologies and solutions to the Southern Taiwan market, further deepening the digital transformation deployment of local enterprises.

This seminar marks Avaya’s first face-to-face engagement with enterprise customers in Kaohsiung and Southern Taiwan, representing an important milestone and highlighting its commitment to continuously cultivating the Taiwan market and strengthening regional service capabilities. The event brought together enterprise representatives and IT decision-makers from various industries to explore how businesses can enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage through intelligent communications and customer experience platforms in the era of digitalization and AI.
During the event, Avaya introduced its latest integrated customer service solution, Avaya Infinity. This platform integrates voice, digital channels, and AI technologies to provide enterprises with a one-stop omnichannel customer interaction capability, helping build efficient, flexible, and scalable customer service architectures. Successful case studies were also presented, including enterprise communication and collaboration platform Avaya UC, customer contact center solution Avaya CC, and the widely recognized IP communication system for SMEs, Avaya IP Office, meeting the diverse needs of businesses of different sizes in hybrid work and cross-location collaboration.
