Renowned creator and original star of the Tony Award-winning Broadway musicals "Hamilton" and "In the Heights," Lin-Manuel Miranda, announced as celebrity keynote speaker.

 

The annual Customer Experience (CX) event will feature leaders from Coca-Cola bottlers sales and service, InterContinental Hotels Group, National Domestic Violence Hotline, Blue Cross Canada, Voya Financial, and other companies, who are leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance customer and employee loyalty.

The three-day event, taking place from May 13 to 15 at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Denver, will provide insights to help businesses harness the transformative potential of AI to build customer and employee loyalty. Lin-Manuel Miranda, creator and original star of the Tony Award-winning Broadway musicals "Hamilton" and "In the Heights," will join Genesys Chairman and CEO Tony Bates as a featured speaker.
